Specimen Requirements

Submit 1 mL (minimum volume:  0.25 mL) of body fluid in a screw-capped, sterile container. (Spinal fluid is not acceptable.) Send specimen refrigerated. Maintain sterility and forward promptly.

Note:  Indicate specimen source on specimen container and request form.
