Intended Use

EliA CCP is intended for the in vitro semi-quantitative measurement of IgG antibodies directed to CCP in human serum or plasma (Li-heparin, EDTA).  The presence of anti-CCP antibodies can be used in conjunction with clinical findings and other laboratory tests as an aid in the clinical diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis. EliA RF IgA and IgM is intended for the in vitro quantitative measurement of IgA and IgM rheumatoid factors in serum and plasma (Li-heparin, EDTA) to aid in the diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis

Container Type:  Serum - Gold-top, SST

Acceptable:  Serum - Red Top-Plain/ Plasma - LT Green Mint Top LiHep or Purple-Top - EDTA

 

Specimen Volume:  1 mL (minimum volume:  0.5 mL) 

Collection Instructions: Forward promptly.

Ambient:  <8 hrs
