Acceptable: Serum
Container/Tube: Plain, Red-top or Gold, serum gel tube
Specimen Volume: 1.0 mL (minimum volume 0.1 mL)
Collection Instructions: Both a pre-dialysis and post dialysis specimen are required for this test. Please lable samples appropriately. Forward promptly.
