Acceptable: Plasma (heparinized)

Container/tube: Lt Green/Mint top (lithium heparin) tube tube

Specimen Volume: 1.0 mL (minimum volume 0.50 mL)

Collection Instructions: Avoid hemolysis. Forward promptly.

Whole Blood only-

Ambient: Test within 24 hours

Serum/Plasma Only-

Refrigerated: 48 hours

Frozen (-10ºC): Up to 3 months
