Container/tube: Lt green/mint top (lithium heparin) tube

Specimen Volume:  Fill tube

Collection Instructions: Do not expose to air. Forward promptly, test within 30 minutes of collection. If testing is unable to be performed within 30 minutes of collection, send serum to Mayo for send out, LAB6121.
