Acceptable: Serum

Container: Plain red-top or gold serum gel tube

Specimen Volume: 1.0 mL (minimum volume 0.15 mL)

Collection Instructions: Forward promptly.

Ambient: 4 days

Refrigerated: 22 days

Frozen: -20 C for 6 months
