Intended Use

Intended for the in vitro semi-quantitative measurement of IgG antibodies directedto CENP in human serum and plasma (Li-heparin, EDTA) as an aid in the clinical diagnosis of scleroderma (Crest syndrome) and systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) in conjunction with other laboratory and clinical findings.
