Container/tube: LT Green/mint top (lithium heparin) tube

Acceptable: Serum

Container/tube: Plain red or gold gel tube

Specimen Volume: 1 mL (minimum 0.1 mL)

Collection Instructions: Avoid hemolysis. Forward promptly.

Refrigerated: 1 week
