Acceptable: Plasma (heparinized)

Container/Tube: Lt Green/Mint top (lithium heparin) tube

Specimen Volume: 1.0 mL (minimum volume 0.1mL)

Collection Instructions: Recommended 8-12 hour fast (not required). Avoid hemolysis and lipemia .Forward promptly

Refrigerated (preferred): 3 days

Frozen (< -20C): > 3 days
