Preferred: Plasma - Lt Green/Mint top (Lithium Heparin) Tube
Acceptable: Serum - Plain, Red-Top or Gold-Top, SST
Specimen Volume: 1.0 mL (minimum volume 0.1mL)
Collection Instructions: Forward Promptly.
Specimen Stability
Ambient: 8 hours
Refrigerated: 48 hours
Frozen: >48 hours
Specimen should not exceed more than 3 freeze/thaw cycles.
