Collection Requirements: Draw blood immediately before a schedule dose. Therapeutic range applies to trough specimen drawn immediately prior to a.m. dose.
DO NOT CENTRIFUGE. Send specimen in original tube.
Preferred: Whole Blood (EDTA)
Container/Tube: Purple (EDTA) tube
Specimen Volume: 4 mL (Minimum Volume: 0.2 mL)
Specimen Stability
Refrigerated (preferred): 7 days
