Specimen Requirements
Required: Plasma (sodium fluoride-potassium oxalate)
Container/tube: Grey Top (sodium fluoride-potassium oxalate) tube
Specimen Volume: 1.0 mL (minimum volume 0.1 mL)
Collection Instructions: Draw sample on ice and remove from cells within 15 minutes. Avoid hemolysis. Forward promptly.
